Introducing BOOSA

Baking has always been a passion of mine. For years it was a beloved hobby — a way to connect with my roots through the traditional Arab desserts I grew up making for Ramadan, Eid and family gatherings, sharing them with friends and family who cherished every bite.

Over time that passion grew into something bigger. I wanted to take the ingredients and flavors from our traditional desserts and fuse them with modern, contemporary concepts — honoring our heritage while presenting it in a bold new way. That vision became Boosa.

Our Mission

Boosa is a celebration of Arab heritage reimagined for the modern palate. Founded by an Algerian-Egyptian duo, our mission is to bring cultural diversity to the artisanal dessert scene. We take the soulful ingredients of our ancestors and refine them through a lens of innovation, offering an elevated experience that honors our roots while embracing the contemporary.

The word Boosa translates to "kiss" — the ultimate symbol of affection and sweetness. Just as a kiss is a brief but memorable moment, our desserts are crafted to leave a lasting impression. From our kitchen to your table, Boosa delivers a sweet kiss of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern tradition, handmade with precision and heart.
